In this section we propose routes of medium difficulty (length between 5 and 15 km and total difference in height not exceeding about 600 meters) that require only a little habit of walking. So get your backpack ready and let’s discover Monte Stella in Cilento or the Sperlonga path on the Sorrento coast. The choice is wide and the routes varied. Better, however, to walk them in good company.
